 Courtney Thorne-Smith, an American actress, producer, and author with an estimated worth of $8 million. Thorne Smith is best known as Alison Parker, on Fox's Melrose Place (1992-1997), Georgia Thomas (Fox's Ally McBeal) (1997–2002), Cheryl Mabel (2001-2009) and Lyndsey McElroy (1910-2015). Courtney has over 30 credits as an actor to her name, including the films "Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise" (1987), "Summer School" (1987), and "Chairman of the Board" (1998) and the TV series "Fast Times" (1986), "Day By Day" (1988-1989) as well as "L.A. Law" (1990). Thorne Smith produced the mini-series Past Malice (2017-2019), which was released in the year "Outside In", and was spokesperson for Almay cosmetics. Courtney was born in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. Her parents, Lora Thorne (a psychologist) and Walter Smith, (a computer market researcher) divorced when Courtney was seven years old. After divorce, Thorne and Smith lived with both parents at different stages of her life. Courtney's older sister, Jennifer, works in advertising.
